Who can benefit from coaching? Coaching is for people who desire change, clarity, and forward motion in their lives. They believe they are capable of making these changes, but need a bit of encouragement, focus, accountability, clarity. Everyone can benefit from coaching!
How often do we meet? We generally meet once a week for our sessions. Every 4th week we take a break for reflection and integration. Coaching packages and sessions can be tailor made to fit your schedule. Just ask me during your free trial session!
How do we meet? We meet via the phone, internet or in person. E-mail coaching is also available for those that are too busy to connect in another way. Most coaching takes place via the phone.
