Jenny is a phenomenal coach! She far exceeded my expectations. I loved how caring and meticulous she was in really zeroing in on my issues every session. The reflection forms she sent me helped quite a bit as well as her very supportive and encouraging emails between the phone sessions. So I was fully supported as I faced some really intense stuff. Jenny helped me face the biggest challenge in my entire life and she got me through it and I am so different because of her support. I will always be extremely grateful to Jenny. Jenny's carefully worded questions got right to the heart of the matter. I was able to peel back layers and find one of the core issues that was causing me to stumble. My feelings of being overwhelmed when faced with the struggle to organize certain aspects of my home were replaced with prioritized action steps. I no longer feel defeated by negative emotions and judgment. I have also learned to accept my God given gifts as being valuable. Jenny helped me set up new structures that would allow me to nurture my gifts and take care of myself while continuing to uphold my roles as a woman. I am now finding momentum and peace as I continue to fine-tune the awareness that Jenny led me to. I highly recommend Jenny as a life coach. She is intuitive, well educated and has a loving soul.
